Glorious Women Empowerment Ministries, Inc. empowers and meets the needs of under-resourced women and their families by providing emotional support, life skills training, food and nutrition, and emergency provisions so that they can become stable and self-sufficient.  Our mission is to encourage, empower, educate, and transform women and their families to live a fulfilling life rooted in the word of GOD.

Our primary focus is women and families that live within under-resourced communities in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina because these constituents are the most at-risk.

Helping to Break Generational Cycles

According to U.S. Census Bureau data, of the 38.1 million people living in poverty, 56 percent—or 21.4 million—are women. Many of these women have children.

EVIDENCE-BASED PROCEDURES

Glorious Women Empowerment Ministries, Inc. is a strong proponent of evidence-based procedures. Besides using standard attendance rosters in the program and each subset project, we will use both formative and summative methodologies for data collection and analysis.
